We also offer comprehensive care for all pelvic disorders through our Pelvic Health Center.

Care and Treatment
Conditions Treated
Emergent and urgent situations are triaged, and services are made available as needed.
Vaginal infection
Infection or inflammation of the vagina; symptoms and treatments depend on a range of causes.
Sexually transmitted infections
Also known as STDs; infectious diseases transmitted through sexual contact.
Polyp
A growth that projects, usually on a stem, from a membrane in the body and can sometimes develop into cancer.
Cervical stenosis/stricture
A condition in which the passageway through the cervix (from the vagina to the main body of the uterus) is narrow or completely closed.
Blighted ovum
A pregnancy loss before 8 weeks in which the egg is fertilized but never develops into an embryo.
Ectopic pregnancy
A pregnancy in which the fetus develops outside the uterus, typically in a Fallopian tube.
Contraception
The use of a wide range of methods or techniques to prevent pregnancy.
Alopecia
Any type of hair loss on the scalp or other regions of the body.
Pelvic pain
Categorized as either acute or chronic, pelvic pain has a wide range of causes and treatments.
Abdominal swelling
A condition in which the abdomen feels uncomfortably full and tight and may be visibly swollen (distended); causes and treatments vary.
Abnormal pap smear
An abnormal pap smear may indicate an infection or abnormal cells.
Premenstrual syndrome (PMS)
A wide range of symptoms that start one to two weeks before menstruation each month; typically go away after period starts.
Abnormal periods
Abnormal menstruation, or irregular periods, which may have a wide range of causes and symptoms.
Menopausal symptoms
A wide range of symptoms, including abnormal vaginal bleeding, hot flashes, vaginal and urinary conditions, and mood changes, brought on by the onset of menopause.
Post-menopausal bleeding
Any bleeding that occurs more than 6 months after the last normal menstrual period at menopause.
Post coital bleeding
Spotting or bleeding unrelated to menstruation that occurs during or after sexual intercourse.
Sexual dysfunction
Difficulty experienced by an individual or a couple during any stage of a normal sexual activity.

Open trials refer to studies currently accepting participants. Closed trials are not currently enrolling, but may open in the future.
