What to Bring

Bring your medical insurance cards and government-issued picture identification. Please also bring copies of your durable power of attorney for health care, a list of all your current medications and emergency contact information. Please limit personal items to basic essentials (robe, slippers and toiletries). Leave or send all valuables (including jewelry) home with a family member. Translation/TTY services can be arranged by request prior to or at the time of admission. Over 130 languages are provided through the Communication and Language Line.
