I could have used further explanation and clarification of my latest condition. It is hard to visualize the relationship between my current organ condition, and the recent complication arising. A diagram, drawing,,or video representation, of the problem would have eased my mind and current worrries now present. I have a scientific background and career, so have an enhanced curiosity and interest in medical issues which relate to my future health. I am reluctant to ask for more time to discuss details and ask for special consideration. However, my doctors were kind, professional, and supportive.

Dr Ng is a superb Cardiologist to take his time, be very interested, comfortable, relaxed and most reassuring during the entire video visit. Answers any question and reassures me, the patient that I am doing very well and asks if any other questions at the end. He followed up with when we would have another video (6 months) unless I have any issues to just message him. He is very responsive as is his staff.
I do believe that the personality and professional character does make a difference especially with video chats....and Dr Ng is just tremendous!!! Such a compassionate, caring and excellent person. Dr Ng answered my questions and concerns with care and clarity (both very important to me) and set up a follow-up plan for 3 months that I agreed to. All that was great. Office followed up immediately with the next appointment too. Very helpful and kind voices on the other end of the line.
One minor point: When Dr Ng noticed I had lost another 20 pounds (60 lbs total) since my last visit it would have been nice to hear an ata girl, after the bad girl lecture (said in a kind way) for letting my cholesterol increase. No exercise during Covid shut down and the stress of two long extended tax seasons. We all need some emotional support and a pat on the back sometimes too. Not a big deal at all, just would have been nice if he had said something.

we did a videoconference do to the pandemic, and the only issue was the response i think on the doc's side sometimes made his responses choppy and broken up, making him hard to understand. The timing for discussion was also a little awkward. I presume it was on the doc's side, as I'm currently running at download speeds of 200-300 Mb/s, which shouldn't be an issue for videoconferencing.

He's willing to discuss and try my more unconventional approaches to therapy for my heart condition.
