Cancer: Survive and Thrive Workshop
Putting your life back together after a cancer diagnosis can be challenging. This six-week course led by facilitators who understand cancer survivorship introduces you to tools and techniques that will help you manage your physical and emotional health as you transition to a “new normal” after cancer. This class is for people who have completed their cancer treatment or are on long-term therapy. This is a free course for those living with cancer & their caregivers or a family member or friend.
This event occurs 6 weeks in a row, starting 2/23, 3/14 or 5/11. The dates, times and locations for this workshop are listed below:

Time: 6:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Location: Stanford Cancer Center South Bay
- Dates: Saturdays: 5/11, 5/18/, 6/1, 6/8, 6/15, 6/22
No class on 5/25 due to Memorial Day
