Computer Video Visit Guide
It’s Time to Join Your Video Visit!
Step 1: Close all other applications to help with the audio and video quality of your visit. Log in to the Stanford Health Care MyHealth website. Under the “Appointments” tab, select “Upcoming Appointments” and click on your appointment.
Step 2: If prompted, follow the instructions to download and install the VidyoConnect application. Open the VidyoConnect installation wizard and follow the step-by-step installation process.
Step 3: When you are ready to start, click “Begin Visit."
Step 4: You'll see a popup asking you to grant the program access to your camera and microphone. Click "Allow."
Congratulations! You’ve entered your Video Visit. Please wait for your care team member to join.

If you experience technical difficulties during the scheduled appointment time, your care team member will call you to continue the appointment as a phone call.
