Project
Biophilic Design for Psychological and Physiological Health Outcomes
Project Description
Efforts to increase the time people spend outside remain a worthy endeavor, yet researchers and practitioners must also consider how the nature-rich world, and its associated benefits to health and well-being, can be brought indoors. This project focuses on applying the principles of biophilic design to increase human contact with nature even while indoors, meeting the basic human need for connecting to nature and promoting the associated health and wellness benefits.
Impact
Quantitative metrics for this study are yet to be determined.
