I’ve only met her once for an initial office visit, plus today’s video session. She’s very good. I like her a lot, based especially on the office visit. Today’s video visit felt more like a chat, without any in-depth conversation. I think it’s important to feel like I know my doctors and they know me. That doesn’t happen with any video visits I’ve ever had with doctors anywhere.

I really appreciated her listening to my concerns and doing a physical exam before prescribing a medication. I've had an experience before at another medical group where the provider prescribed a medication WITHOUT a physical exam to check/observe the symptoms I was experiencing.
