Edward Damrose, MD, FACS, Edward Damrose, MD, FACS, is Associate Professor and Chief, Division of Laryngeal Surgery, Department of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery, Stanford University Medical Center. He graduated from Yale University in 1991 cum laude, earning a bachelor's of science degree in biology. He attended the UCLA School of Medicine, earning his MD in 1995 and completing a thesis in the field of head and neck surgery. He remained at UCLA for training in general surgery from 1995 to 1997, and completed his residency Otolaryngology/Head and Neck surgery in 2001. He remained with UCLA from 2001 to 2003, serving as clinical instructor in surgery and completing a two-year clinical and research fellowship in laryngeal surgery Dr. Damrose joined the Stanford faculty in 2003. Dr. Damrose's clinical interests include conservation laryngectomy, voice rehabilitation of the total laryngectomy patient, endoscopic therapy for head and neck cancer, and Transoral Robotic Surgery (TORS).
Dr. Damrose is a diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery, the American College of Surgeons, the American Head and Neck Society, the American Laryngological Association and The Triological Society. He currently serves as medical director of the International Association of Laryngectomees, medical advisor to the Foundation for Voice Restoration, and councilor at large for the American Bronchoesophagological Assocation. He serves as a Captain in the United States Navy Reserve.

Dr. Megan Mahoney is the Chief of General Primary Care in the Division of Primary Care and Population Health at Stanford University where she oversees primary care redesign, precision health, and population health initiatives for the network of primary care faculty practices at Stanford Health Care. She relies on a close collaboration between health care administration, researchers, and medical education which is essential for ensuring a learning health system at Stanford. Her career has focused on developing innovative and transformational approaches to integrated, team-based primary care that empowers patients, health care providers, and communities in the U.S. and globally. She is a faculty fellow in the Center for Innovations in Global Health and provides lectures on Global Primary Care.
Dr. Mahoney served as the Medical Director and Clinic Chief of Stanford Family Medicine, Stanford's academic family medicine practice at Hoover Pavilion 2014-2016. Before joining Stanford, she was a faculty member at UCSF for 10 years where she served in several leadership capacities in clinic operations, medical education and research.
Dr. Mahoney endeavors to provide patient-centered and compassionate services that enable patients to reach their health and wellness goals. Her academic focus is to develop innovative and transformative approaches to proactive and personalized team-based primary care that empowers patients, health care providers, and communities in the U.S. and internationally.

Previous to this appointment, Dr. Mow served as Deputy Chief of Orthopaedic Surgery and Chair of the Deputy Chiefs' Council since its creation in 2008. Dr. Mow is a Clinical Professor in Orthopaedic Surgery who specializes in Arthritis Surgery and Total Joint Replacement as well as International Health Care Collaboration.
Dr. Mow is a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy, earned his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and MD from the New York University School of Medicine. He did his Orthopaedic Residency at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York, and Fellowship in Adult Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Colorado in Denver. Dr. Mow is a frequent visitor to the Asia Pacific, and has been awarded numerous Honorary Professorships and Societal Memberships throughout the region, including China, India, Philippines, Malaysia and Thailand.
