Symptoms of Astrocytoma
Astrocytomas can cause a variety of symptoms, with their effect dependent on how big they become and where they are located. Keep in mind that other medical conditions can cause similar symptoms.
Astrocytoma symptoms may include:
- Headache
- Nausea and vomiting
- Confusion or decline in brain function
- Changes in personality or mood
- Difficulty with balance or speech
- Blurred vision, double vision or loss of peripheral (side) vision
- Seizures
