Glaucoma Treatment
Glaucoma Treatment
Our doctors treat all forms of glaucoma, at every stage of disease. They have the expertise to determine whether your glaucoma is getting worse and what eye pressure works best for you — the amount that can damage the optic nerve varies by patient.
Glaucoma treatment can mean medicated eye drops to reduce the amount of fluid the eye creates or to increase the amount that drains off. It can also feature laser therapy or surgery. Or it can include several of these approaches.
We offer a full range of sophisticated lasers and minimally invasive options. Learn more about our glaucoma surgery.

Clinical Trials
Clinical trials are research studies that evaluate a new medical approach, device, drug, or other treatment. As a Stanford Health Care patient, you may have access to the latest, advanced clinical trials.
Open trials refer to studies currently accepting participants. Closed trials are not currently enrolling, but may open in the future.
